FTEC - Sunday

Allie had seen all the children running around the dorms after her clinic shift the day before. And she'd listened to the radio last night. She deduced that something strange had happened to her classmates and, though she had no idea what or how she was spared, she knew Sundays were Janet's day in the clinic and it sounded like Janet was too young to handle it, so she got up and hurried out of the dorms and opened the clinic.

[ooc: should be around most of the day, but have a few errand-type things to take care of, so responses may be slow.]

FTEC - Saturday

Allie woke up, packed her Arthurian Traditions notes in her backpack and made her way to the clinic, completely unaware of anything strange going on in the dorms with her classmates.

She reviewed the notes left for her by Dr. Lambert and was pleased to see it should be a quiet day. She could finally get caught up in her last class.

[ooc: Allie's here for any wee!tiny medical needs! I should be online most of the day, aside from running out for breakfast/lunch with teh roomie.]

Alanna opened up the clinic and sat down behind the desk, apparently deep in thought.

Trevor lets himself into the clinardis clinic and checks on the the two lovely patients still occupying their rooms, before settling behind the front desk.
[identity profile] sexydoctor.livejournal.com
Christian checked on the patients and opened up the clinic for the day. He idly flipped through a copy of Maxim and scanned an article about how to find the clinardis.

FTEC, Wednesday Night

Natalie checked on her patients, then settled in at the front desk for the night, rubbing her eyes sleepily.

Tommy took his shift in his usual up with people kind of manner. Lilly and Allie were still around. Lilly was still dead which Tommy assumed meant something good. Allie -

Tommy felt bad about Allie.

Hard to judge that by his demeanor though.

FTEC, Tuesday Night

Natalie checked on her patients, then settled in to the front desk. Beyond tending to the guests in the exam rooms, she wasn't quite sure what she was going to do with her evening. Her dreams of late had been horrible, bloody images and so sleep had been somewhat futile. Thus, trying to concentrate on her lab work or her notes was something she didn't think was possible. She settled in with her laptop and some forensics show in the background.

Christian arrived at the clinic and checked on the patients. Lilly, he decided, was in need of another sponge bath.
[identity profile] goodtrevor.livejournal.com
Trevor was more than happy to see most of the exam rooms back in their usual empty state as he settled in for his shift.
[identity profile] headologist.livejournal.com
Granny was sitting at the front desk, darning a pair of worn black stockings.

Stark was back in the clinic for his regular shift. Yesterday's weetinybunny was again clinging to his mask and occasionally trying to undo the buckles on the straps. After checking on the two patients left to make sure they were still alive and dead like they should be, he sat down at the desk and settled in for the evening and tried to ignore the bunny's efforts.
[identity profile] sexydoctor.livejournal.com
When Christian got word that Janet was running late and the clinic wasn't open, he came in to do it himself. He wanted to check on Lilly anyway so it wasn't much of a bother.

"What in the caramel chocolate Christ is it with these God damn tiny rabbits?" Tommy asked when he came in for his clinic duty. He tried to kick them but only got wee tiny hugs on his shoes in return. "If I find out which one of those God damn high school kids brought them in here I will pull their lower lips up over their face."

The wee tiny bunnies ignored him and continued hugging his shoes.

Tommy sighed and started his shift.

[ooc: OCD threads on their God damn way up. If you're here to visit a patient, consider yourself handwaved in. Tommy's player is a mite busy tonight so can only do FTEC stuff. He'll be available for general hanging out and shooting the breeze purposes on another night.]

Stark was in the clinic Saturday morning, filling in for Allie who was currently burninated a patient.

He had already checked on the various patients lying around the clinic to make sure they were all still alive. And they were, except for the one girl who was apparently already dead before she got here.

Now he was sitting behind the desk, talking to a weetinybunny that he'd found clinging to the side of his mask this morning and had been unable to get rid of.

FTEC, Friday Night

Natalie arrived for her shift and, after slipping into her lab coat and grabbing her stethoscope, headed to check on her guests for the evening. She made notes in each of their charts. Moving back to the front desk, she settled in to document in further detail her observations from the previous shift, more for her own benefit than anything.

The rest of the shift was spent between the lab and tending to other matters as they rose. Nat also made a concerted effort to check on her patients frequently.

Alanna opened up the clinic and checked up on all the various patients. After checking Anakin out and doing her best not to snicker too loudly in his hearing, Alanna settled behind the desk and hoped no one else got hurt today.

FTEC, Thursday Evening

The sheer number of people residing in the clinic when Trevor arrives corrects any notion that it might be quiet this evening. But, he thinks, at least he won't be bored.

[Give me a moment to arrange our injured people in their proper places. *g*] [All right, have at it!]
[identity profile] sexydoctor.livejournal.com
Christian was surprised to find the clinic full of patients when he arrived Thursday morning. Lilly was still unconscious, and there was a male stabbing victim and a female patient with severe burns as well. What the hell went on in this town last night?

Natalie brought in her stainless steel cup again, and would work her way through the contents during the shift. It was wonderful to have coffee back in her diet -- even in such small amounts. Wrapping her stethoscope around her neck, she settled in at the front desk for a few minutes before heading into the lab.

[on and off today, slow play might need to happen]
[identity profile] allie-cameron.livejournal.com
Allie arrives for her first shift at the clinic.

She's nervous about the play, nervous about working and desperately hoping her new boss isn't around to embarrass her.

She sits at the front desk and studies her script.

House.

In the clinic.

Is that a smile?

Nooooo. It couldn't be.

[OOC: Mun distracted by Emmy arrivals. But House is here for the...harassing. Just be aware there may be random bouts of...AFK]

Considering that several students have asked for condoms on her first day of clinic duty, Lisa decides to put up a bulletin board outside on the clinic wall.

Dr. Luv Gluv Says Use a Rubber! )

She finishes stapling several take-away brochures to the bottom, and makes sure that the bulletin board lets the students (and teachers, *cough*) know that they can always speak to any of the clinic staff confidentially with any medical issues or questions. She fans out a few condoms on a small table in front of the board.

Can someone cast a spell on these condoms so that they regenerate on their own? )

Satisfied, she turns back into the clinic, and glances out the window occasionally to see if anyone stops by.
[identity profile] lisacuddy.livejournal.com
Lisa opens the door to the clinic, and is not totally surprised to find it unlocked. She looks around to see if any of the other clinic volunteers are around, but doesn't see any one right away. She sits down at House's desk, puts his comic books and Gameboy in the top drawer, and starts to pen a to-do list.

  • Re-fill supplies, especially gauze for bleeding wounds
  • Organize student medical histories
  • Start clinic volunteer files
  • Open mail
  • Sort through complaints registered against House, keep only the ones that seem like they really will file lawsuits/come after him with a chainsaw
  • Order new chairs for waiting area
  • Clear House's Internet History, before the Tech Dept. busts him for whatever he is looking at
  • Have someone look at the lock on the clinic door

Lisa leans back in the chair, smiles softly at her list, and stretches her arms above her head. She decides to hold off on any major projects as see if anyone wanders into the clinic. Instead she stocks tongue depressors, and asks herself...

What the hell am I doing?
