Alanna opened up the clinic and checked up on all the various patients. After checking Anakin out and doing her best not to snicker too loudly in his hearing, Alanna settled behind the desk and hoped no one else got hurt today.

Talk to Alanna and go visit the ailing.

After talking to Bel (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomtownies/756223.html?thread=28947967#t28947967) at the jail, Isabel stopped by clinic to see if she could find out some answers. "Hi Alanna," she said as she came in and pushed back the hood of her coat. "Crappy day out isn't it?"

Alanna glared at the window. "Tell me about it. Anything broken?"

"Broken? Oh, no. I'm fine," Isabel assured her. "I was just wondering how Allie was doing."

Alanna peered at a chart and then glanced over at Allie's room. "She's out of it right now, thank the gods. Um, do you know how she got into that lovely state?"

"They say Bel did it. They arrested him yesterday and are holding him at the jail," she said.

Alanna's bag made a rather loud exclamatory noise. A flicker of an emotion passed over Alanna's face, but it was quickly covered up by a rather neutral mask. "Really? And there's proof?"

"Supposedly there's a witness. I think it's whoever brought Allie to the clinic," she said. "Look, I know Bel doesn't have the greatest track record here but I've talked to him a lot since I came here. When he says he didn't do it, I believe him."

Alanna's face was still perfectly neutral. "It'll be interesting to see what falls out when people begin to poke around. You wanted to see Allie?"

"If it's okay," she said. "I won't disturb her, but if she does wake up, maybe she can tell me what happened. There's one other thing though, who was on duty Wednesday night? Maybe they could tell me who brought her in."

Alanna ran a finger over the schedule. "Wednesday would have been Dr. Lambert. And I'm sure as soon as Allie is awake the first thing out of her mouth would be to point out her attacker." She waved Isabel towards the correct door. "But please fetch me if she does wake up."

"I will, absolutely. Thanks Alanna," she said as she headed towards the room.

As soon as Isabel was in Allie's room, Alanna dumped Faithful out of her bag. Without a word, the cat trotted out of the clinic.

Nadia glanced in on Lilly as she headed to see Allie. As far as she could tell, very little had changed.

She swallowed and moved on.

...

Allie may be showing signs of regaining consciousness.

[mun is on and off today, allie *may* be rousable for a visit though]

With some time to spare until Art Studio, Isabel went back to Allie's room after talking to Alanna. She tried to be quiet when she entered but she still made a little bit of noise when she sat down.

Isabel sat quietly for as long as she could. She left quietly to head back up to the school in time for class, still wondering exactly what the hell was going on.

Nadia leaned against the door frame again, not actually entering the room. She watched Allie for a little while, and considered apologizing again.

The words got caught in her throat, though, so she just touched her necklace, sending a quick word up to St. Jude, and headed back out.

GOB was trying to will himself better. It was better than being bored. Manute the Mountie Moose was hidden under his pillow. And it would remain there unless certain people walked into his room.
