So, there were quite a few folks not feeling like themselves at this point, but the smart people in town had come up with a solution that would help. Probably, maybe help? Anyhow, the nurses had supplies of garlic and cough syrup for anyone who wanted to be less bitey, and... strong medical equipment for anyone who might need a more forceful approach. Don't ask where that stuff came from, really.

Despite being an island of amazing badasses, the creatures that came across the causeway were a little... bitey. All of the nurses had come on call, and the clinic was prepared to help anyone who might have gotten themselves injured in defense of the town by providing clean bandages, comfortable cots, and mostly pleasant bedside manner.
