Christian checked on the new patient, then settled behind the front desk with the latest issue of Maxim.

Katara was shocked to find the clinic half-full of people, but she got to work quickly, restocking the supplies used and making sure all the rest of the rooms were ready to go if they were needed.

She looked through the charts from the new patients, frowning worriedly when she got to Bart's and Ronan's.  If Ronan had healed Bart on Saturday, how could they both be sick again?

...yeah, this couldn't be good.

[OOC:  Oh yes, OCD is coming.  You can grab me on AIM all night at englishkataly]

It had been a long night at the clinic.

Rather than bother trying to go home, Wilson had stayed on through the night, helping the nurse wake Lana hourly and also keeping Phoebe and Anders as comfortable as possible.

Jim and Bel had been discreetly watched over as well.

Aziraphale, bless him, had come down with a late night/early morning snack of grilled cheese sandwiches and later with omlettes and coffee but other than a quick break to grab a shower, Wilson had stayed put.

Morning found him napping relaxing in the front desk chair.

[ooc: please wait for The OCDs are up!]

FTEC, Friday Night

Seated at the front desk, Natalie frowned at the protein shake she was attempting to consume. It -- like everything else in the past week -- seemed even more flavorless and bland than usual. With a sigh, she set it aside and turned her attention to her lab journal. She made herself busy typing up her notes from the previous week.

[AFK till about 10 PM EDT or so. Back! ETA: Details of discussion between Bridge and Nat NFB.]

After checking the exam rooms, most of which were thankfully empty, Stark settled in at the desk for the evening. He was hoping in vain! that the rest of the rooms would stay empty.

[going afk for about 20 minutes. should be back by 8:308:45 EST]

Christian stopped by the clinic and saw that Dr. Howser hadn't opened it up yet, so he decided to man the desk until Doogie was there. He made a check of the one patient lingering from last night and settled behind the front desk.
[identity profile] dr-jwilsonmd.livejournal.com
The nurse had been a little concerned when 5pm came and went and Wilson didn't show up but since the clinic was quiet and she had his pager number, she didn't fret overly. A quiet night without a doctor to bother her was a blessing.

Too bad that in about an hour FHT the quiet night was going to be shattered and the clinic was going to find itself, very busy indeed.
[identity profile] dr-jwilsonmd.livejournal.com
After a close call on his way from the apartment down to the clinic, Wilson came dashing into the clinic sans his usual latte.

Somehow stopping at the Perk seemed like an unwise idea.

Moving quickly through the door, Wilson tossed his satchal behind the desk and moved swiftly through the back halls of the clinic to see if anyone had been dropped off already and baring that, if they were stocked up.

"Large, mean beings...I almost would have rather had the zombies, at least they moved slowly." He muttered.

After hearing that Alanna was still sick, Trevor went to open the clinic, making sure to check on Luke before settling in.
[identity profile] threeweapons.livejournal.com
Alanna was very surprised to see that there were people in the clinic two weeks in a row. Faithful turned the TV on.

Elliot propped herself behind the desk, smiling a little from having meant so many nice neighbors that morning. She turned on the TV and immersed herself in a marathon of reruns of The Z-Cases.

Tommy came in for his usual shift.

Sick of the look on statue-Faithful's face, he put an FDNY baseball cap over him.

The clinic's open early, a pot of coffee is brewing, and Janet's reviewing medical charts on anyone brought in last night.

OOC: Slowplay may have to happen; please mod the FH Nurse if I do not reply as quickly as you'd like. If you're a clinic patient, please post yourself into the appropriate exam room. And wait for the OCD. Ready to post.

Tommy was neither tiny nor wee.

He was, however, in FTEC for anybody who might need snarky medical help of some sort.

Natalie arrived at the clinic as close to six as possible, taking great care to keep to the shadows and out of the direct sunlight. There was a busy air about the clinic; the energy and goodwill generated by Janet's 'Chosen One Blood Drive' still lingered, almost palpable. Nat was sure something else was going to happen -- something had to, to save Angel. She could only sit back and wait. In the meantime, she would check up on Angel and settle in with her laptop.

[Posted early due to LJ's incredibly irresponsible timing. To quote Indy (in that really bad Scottish brogue), "How dare they?" Tags will change after some of the carnage has cleared.

Also -- I'll will be at dinner for a bit, so slowplay is the key until after sunset. ;)]

Janet was in Exam Room 2 at the clinic, prepping to collect blood from any Chosen One who happened to be wandering by. Or who was going to be yanked in by Dean Zordon. Or who was going to be found in any other manner.

Because they would get enough blood to help Angel. Even if Janet had to personally hunt down every single Chosen One at this school herself. Though it really would have been easier if she could just check the library records, damn it.

OOC: Please see the regular clinic post for any medical needs or to visit Angel. Tommy gave me permission to open a separate post just for the blood drive.

Note - I am setting up a separate OOC thread in case you want someone to haul you in for the blood drive. Just ping me in that thread and we'll arrange it.

Wait for the OCD threads! They're up! Go donate blood. ETA: In slowplay, omg, because I'm at work.

ETA: Closed post! We are accepting no more NEW donations after 9:15 CST. Keep those current threads going! There will be a second blood drive post up tomorrow, however.

Trevor made his way into the clinic, stopping in the doorway for a moment as he tried to figure out where the pleasing scent was coming from. When he couldn't place it right away, he shook his head and came inside, getting himself set up for the evening.

FTEC, Monday

Granny was surprised to find the one of the clinic's patients was already dead, but vampires had the same right to medical treatment as anyone. Long as he didn't go 'round biting other patients she wasn't going to complain.

She set up the cauldron on and began brewing a mysterious and fragrant potion that she usually gave to young folks looking for a love potion.
[identity profile] death-n-binky.livejournal.com
*DEATH can still be seen sitting at the desk from last night. His pen is scribbling maddly still and seems to have ammassed quite a large collection of notes. He continues to flip through his collection of books and magazines. Right now it appears the choice of reading is Rules for Radicals, though he periodcally flips through a stack of magazines and catalouges at his right.

Sometime in the night he apparently retrieved the duck, which quacks approval or disapproval when asked about a particular article of clothing.*

DEATH is in, bleed here please. Or talk. Or pet the ducky.

((OOC: I've set up three threads - Exam1, Lab, and Waitng. If you have your own room, please open a comment for that room, because I really don't know who is where at the moment.))
