After checking the exam rooms, most of which were thankfully empty, Stark settled in at the desk for the evening. He was hoping ~~in vain!~~ that the rest of the rooms would stay empty.

For alien interaction of the non-abducty kind

Billy kicked the door open, hoping it opened in anyway, carrying an unconcious Ami. "I need some help here!"

Stark looked up at the noise, saw Billy with a girl in his arms and immediately got up from the desk.

"What happened?"

"She got experimented on by Aliens and then it looked like one of them used telepathy to speak through her."

Stark blinked at that. "Oh. Exam 2 is empty. Can you take her in there?"

For Bridge

Bridge is here and really feeling much better than last night.

Willow stopped by to see Bridge. She was carrying a basket and was wearing Peter's clothes.

She peered into the exam room to see if he was awake.

Bridge is, in fact, awake. As is Xander, who is sitting in the chair by the bed.

"Hey, Willow!" he waves from where he's sitting crosslegged on the bed.

"Hey guys," Willow said. She held out the basket to Bridge. "Happy Purim-slash-get-well-soon."

"I was gonna get him drunk last night but for some reason they frowned on that," Xander explained. "Something about it interfering with the concussion."

"There's apple juice in the basket," Willow said, pointing. "And are we better in the realm of concussions? In that we've moved out of there and perhaps had our mail forwarded to Healthytown?"

"Hamentaschen?" Bridge asks hopefully, peering at the basket.

"But of course," Willow said. "And they are all for you. Xander had his own already."

Bridge frowns at that. "And you didn't *share*?" he says to Xander.

Xander put up both hands defensively. "I shared! You didn't come by the office that day, so Mel and Alanna got 'em all. Also I gave Alanna the basic rundown on Purim, so I should get proselytising points or something, right? Or does that only count if I'm actually Jewish?"

"Did you hand out pamphlets?" Willow asked. "Because if so you took a wrong turn at Jehovah's Witness."

"No, mostly I just emphasized the booze and the baked goods."

"I'm pretty sure getting drunk would've made the sparkling worse," Bridge muses.

"See? This is why I suspect trap," Willow said. "Ergo apple juice."

"Well, thanks," Bridge says with a big grin. "For thinking of me."

"I had to see for myself if you were okay," Willow said. "Also Purim. We should make plans for Passover but that can wait until your brain is no longer dented."

"Hey, his brain is not dented." Xander glanced over at Bridge with a grin that didn't completely hide the concern. "No dents, right? Shaken, not stirred."

"No dents," Bridge says reassuringly. "Just a little achey, but otherwise good."

Currently empty.

Billy, carrying Ami, followed Stark.

ooc: afk for a few hours

"Put her on the bed. Please. So I can take a look." Stark said. "Do you know what was done to her?"

[ok. I'll be around until midnight or so.]

Billy laid Ami on the bed gently and stepped back. "Not specifically. I think, last time they took her they...they cut her open. To see what was inside. I don't know about this time. But she didn't pass out until the thing used some kind of telepathy to speak through her."

Also currently empty.

Rose arrived, helping Liz (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomtownies/1472591.html?thread=66481999#t66481999) to the clinic.

Ah, so it was going to be one of those nights.

"What happened?" Stark asked, coming into the exam room. "More aliens?"

Rose nodded grimly and clarified, "Hostile aliens."

"The ones who do experiments on you usually are," Stark muttered. "Do you know what happened?"

She shook her head, "Not really, but the guy who gave her to me was burnt to a crisp." She paused then smiled wryly, "But he's walking around like it's nothing so I'm thinkin' he's okay."

Stark decided he was probably better off not knowing about anyone walking around the island burnt. He'd deal with whoever it was if they came in.

"I hope so..." he said, turning his attention to Liz, checking for anything obvious.

She was bruised and tired but she shook it off, "There's another student brought in, Ami? How is she?"

"Unconscious," Stark said. "But as comfortable as I could make her."

She nodded, tiredly, "Thanks."

"Of course," Stark said with a small nod. "She's in room 2. If you wanted to check on her yourself."

"I'll just peer in, I'll visit her tomorrow."

"She'll still be," Stark said. "I'm sure."

Rose nodded. "Okay, have to go now, but thanks for taking care of them."

"That's why I'm here," Stark said.

Rose nodded gratefully and glanced at Liz for one last time before leaving.
