Fandom Clinic, Friday
Friday, August 24th, 2018 10:12 amSo, Cristina now had her own apartment, furnished with her own furniture. She was still going to need, like, dishes and linens and things, and her mother would probably be absolutely appalled by the fact that all her furniture and decorative items came from Ikea, but her mother had been appalled by basically everything she'd ever done, so that was nothing new. The important thing was, Cristina now had a space that was all her own.
She didn't feel any better, but at least now she was not feeling any better surrounded by her own dirty laundry piling up on the floor.
She was going to miss that maid service.
It'd taken her all of 30 seconds to update her paperwork at the clinic, and now she was lounging on the waiting area seating with her feet in the air, staring at the ceiling.
"I actually miss residency," she told one of the nurses as he passed by. "Do you get how weird that is? I miss residency. It's basically a five year hazing ritual." She sighed. "But I got to do so much surgery. . . ."
