Jonathan places a sign on the bulletin board near the beautiful display of condoms and the like. It reads:

Are you depressed? Suicidal? Insane? Or just plain need someone to talk to? Jonathan Crane offers his assistance. A newly selected assistant to Dr. House, he is a student majoring in Psychology who interned at Arkham Asylum back home and has experience with psychotherapy. If you need to reach him, his room is 605 and his extension is x6522. He will also be working night shifts and during the weekend.

He cackles in a slightly evil manner before sprinting back to his room to begin final calculations for his new fear toxin

*DEATH, not needing any sleep, decides to man the clinic during the night. Continuing to experiment with being "innovative" and "fashionable", he begins to open several of the condom packets at the front desk, tying them to his scythe and and attaching them to his robe, while he waits for patients to come in.*

THIS SHOULD PROVE INNOVATIVE, WHICH, LOGICALLY, SHOULD MAKE IT FASHIONABLE. *begins to adorn his hood with purple and pink condoms* PERHAPS I WILL BE A "TREND SETTER". I SHALL HAVE TO WRITE ALBERT AND INFORM HIM OF MY PROGRESS.

Hotaru wanders in after waking up particularly early, looking around the clinic and straightening up what she can. She hums softly, and her humming is soon replaced by soft singing. In Japanese. She finds a seat and sits, waiting for someone to come in. She glances up, then squints.

"...Pencils?"

Clinic Hours

Lisa walks into the clinic, a pile of House's mail in her arms. She responds to a few letters, tosses a few death threats, and throws the copies of Monster Truck Weekly and Soap Opera Digest in a drawer. She opens a thick, white envelope and dashes off a private note.

Dear [livejournal.com profile] whitedeathpod,
Your test results came back today - they all came back negative. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop by. Otherwise, you are "ready to go".

I am going to recommend you start taking a multivitamin though. Your blood work came back with a few mild deficiencies. Have you been eating only in the cafeteria? Bad move. Vegetables are your friends.

Sincerely,

Laughing to herself, she send the note off through inter-campus mail, marked confidential. She grabs House's Gameboy, and begins playing Mario Kart Super Circuit under the desk, keeping one eye on the door in case anyone decides to stop by the clinic.

Recent post from [livejournal.com profile] sueofthecamels about dorm rooms reminded me...

I haven't posted House's living arrangement.

I considered putting him in the dorm, but decided against it. Since he doesn't like people, dorm living would only make him more grumpy and irritable.

Therefore, he has an apartment behind the clinic. I'm going to say it has a door to the main hallway, can be accessed through the clinic, and there is an outside door.

Not that it matters because very few, if anyone, will ever be invited to House's place, but he has three rooms. A bedroom, living area/office, and kitchen. Plus a handicapped equipped bathroom, because, well. That is, in my mind, the one area he can not gloss over his disability. With the potential for slick floors and such, he relents to the bars for assistance.

Beka drags a wounded Callisto into the clinic. "Dr. HOUSE! She's bleeding. Everywhere.'

"Please hurry. I need to go back and get Alanna."

Rory bursts into the clinic, not really sure if anyone's there.

"Dr. House? Anyone?" she shouts. "There's a student who needs help. Now!"
