When Libby came into the clinic that day for her shift, she found a stack of Stabby's crab books waiting for her. She tilted her head a little curiously at them, wondering why they were there, until one of the nurses pointed out that Stabby had put them there because he was hoping maybe she might read them to him.

"....aww," Libby said, beaming slightly, flushing pink, when realizing that Stabby could have asked anyone on the staff to read to him, but she'd picked her, and that was just a really good feeling, especially since she really did miss reading stories (even if they were always Bible stories) to the Littles. Maybe he'd sensed that? Or at least he knew that Libby was a great person to ask to read stories out loud because she always tried to do the voices and make the narration as dramatic and exciting as possible.

And any work she needed to do on her modules could wait; this was far more important!
