Class this morning had taken a very odd turn. Actually, class had taken many odd turns and it was a very relieved Stark who had made his way down the hill and to the coffee shop without anything odd happening. Well, anything beyond being hit with falling pieces of marzipan fruit.

He continued being hit with the marzipan fruit on his way to the clinic where he found a Crab bowl full of more of the marzipan fruit displayed next to Stabby's tank.

The clinic was open and full of almond flavored treats, the alien was in and not yet full of almond flavored treats, and the crab was probably not eating the almond flavored treats.
