Stark had forgotten how the clocks changed here. It didn't bother him. He just found it odd. But then he had spent much of his life without any need at all to know what time it was.
Today's cupcakes from J,GoB for the nurses were decorated with frosting clocks. The frosting had begun to slide off of one, prompting one nurse to ask excitedly for the "Dali cupcake." Stark had been confused, as none of the cupcakes looked anything like a doll, but the nurse had simply shaken her head at him and told him to go to an art museum sometime.
The alien was in, unaware of any paintings of melting clocks, and ready to assist with your medical needs.
