The Stark in the clinic on Sunday was no relation to the Stark family that had so much control over this island (or was he?). He certainly had no plans to try and lay claim to part of the Stark family fortune (or did he?). He was in no way plotting to try and gain control of the money or the island (or was he?).

He was just a doctor. He only wanted to help (or did he?). Just a doctor with a charming Australian foreign accent (or was he?). He had no ulterior motives at all (or did he?). And the mask he wore was to hide his face from the world. He was embarrassed by the reminder of the accident that had nearly ended his life as a child (or was he?). The accident he didn't remember the cause of (or did he?). The accident that had occurred when he was visiting relatives so long ago (or was he?).

In any case, the mysterious masked foreign doctor was in the clinic and ready to assist if he could.
