Chloe still wasn't sure exactly what had happened. One minute, she'd been having martinis with a nice British lady, listening to her talk about how she needed to get home to some doctor and his unit (which had sounded dirty, but Chloe hadn't said anything...at least, she hoped she hadn't said anything), and the next minute, Chloe had the keys to the clinic and Martha was hugging her and thanking her and saying she knew Chloe would do a great job with the place with her healing skills and all.

Clearly, that second martini had been a bad idea.

At the moment, Chloe was getting acquainted with the place, and trying to ignore the stinkeye she was getting from the nurses. This might not have been what she'd imagined she'd find to do in Fandom, but it was pretty awesome for now.
