Even without listening to the radio, Martha was aware that there was trouble. She'd gotten to the clinic as early as possible today, and given grateful looks to the nurses who'd managed to show up. "You're all welcome to stay here. It might be safer," she'd said to them as she started sorting supplies. On one hand, there were things out there that looked like they might want to hurt people. On the other hand, would they have any patients with parts of the island seemingly disappearing?
