FTEC - Wednesday Day Shift 5/16
Wednesday, May 16th, 2007 11:57 amAfter stopping at the Nest for a bit, Wilson had gone home and sat up with Aziraphale through what remained of the night.
The angel hadn't been much for talking but Wilson's quiet company seemed to be enjoyed.
However, this did mean that a certain oncologist was dragging as he headed in to the clinic the next morning. He had a red eye coffee to help combat the fatigue and simply took a couple of minutes to confirm with the nurse that the back-up generator for the clinic was operational and ready to go. Since it was a beautiful day, they decided to keep the generator off until night fall or unless it proved to be needed during the day.
Wilson hoped it was not the latter, as he was currently stretched out on one of the exam room beds catching a cat nap.
