Moving to grab her labcoat off a nearby hook, Natalie noticed that only a few of the plants had been watered and polished. She slipped her arms into the labcoat and went for a glass and some water. After several trips between the tap and the various potted plants, she was satisfied that they would survive the week. Didn't the clinic have someone on contract to take care of this?

Shaking her head, she settled in at the desk, reading more into the adventures of the very stubborn, Boston-bred Amelia, and her not-as-yet-acknowledged love for the war hero, Michael. Nat slurped occasionally at a protein shake as she read.
