Her enthusiasm sapped, Natalie arrived at the clinic, venti coffee in one hand, tall latte in the other, and her laptop strap across her shoulder. She placed them on the front desk, and proceeded to settle in. She took careful occasional sips of the latte first. It was going to take a while to get used to milk again. She felt more comfortable with it by the time she settled in with the internet connection.

The venti black coffee remained by her side as back up. In case the whole latte thing didn't work out, of course.
