Clinic Hours - Tuesday January 10th 2006

Though he was running a little late you try getting dried apple pie filling off the next morning but the Clinic was soon bright and inviting (as much as a Clinic could be) with the fresh scent of coffee wafting through the air and a certain oncologist kicked back with a crossword puzzle stack of paperwork.

Doctor is in!

Closing up the shop for a brief time in the late morning, Aziraphale decides to drop in on Wilson with a plate of gingersnaps he's just made. Tapping on the clinic door, he steps inside.

"James dear, I'm not bothering you, am I?"

The smell of fresh ginger with hints of brown sugar caught the oncologist's attention and he looked up quickly from the form he was filling out, smiling with welcoming warmth as he spied the angel at the door.

"Aziraphale! Of course not. Just, paperwork at the moment. Come on in, please."

Aziraphale sets the plate on the desk and smiles at the crossword puzzle peeking out from underneath the stack of forms.

"Of course you are, my dear. I just wanted to bring these by for you. I made some for the shop, and I know you like them."

Wilson caught the line Phale's eye took and he grinned as he was hopelessly busted but rather than even attempting to look contrite, he instead stood up and brushed the corner of the angel's mouth with a slow, warm kiss.

"You know I adore them because I am quite greedy about gobbling every last one up when you have them about."

And true to form...a cookie was quickly selected and disappeared into the young doctor's mouth.

Aziraphale smiles and brushes some crumbs from Wilson's lip. "You are terribly greedy with them, yes. Which is really why I brought you your own, so perhaps you wouldn't eat them all up if you stopped by the shop later."

There's a slightly hopeful look in the angel's eyes when he mentions the shop.

"Hellloooo, Dr. Wilson." Parker started rummaging in the lollipop jar the second she walked in. "How have you been?"

Looking up from where he was now shamelessly working a cross word puzzle, Wilson smiled brightly to Parker.

"Good morning, Miss. Parker. I've been well, how are you faring with the new term?"

"No ulcer flare-ups yet!" She gave him a thumb's up, and grinned. "And so far the classes are fun. I'm getting close to the three month anniversary of not-smoking, you know." She smirked. "I may come back later to see you and Dr. House fight, if that's okay."

Wilson's smile grew at the news of the no smoking anniversary. "Parker, that is fantastic! I am so proud of you." He would have given her a hug but figured she would have popped him in the nose so instead he gave her something more important...the truth.

"I...I'm afraid you might not get a chance to see too many of those anymore. Dr. House and I are no longer a couple. I'm actually living down in town over top the Fandom Town Emergency Clinic which I'm running now. I'm up here covering hours for him and on an as needed basis."

"Awwwwww! Nooo! You were so... I don't use the word 'cute', but if I did, it would be about you two." Parker ripped the wrapper off a lollipop and gave it a discouraged lick. "I'm glad you're still here, but I feel like someone just got divorced. Pout, sigh, pout." She tilted her head. "I"m sorry if I just reminded you. I had no idea."

Wilson did the mental calculation back to when the arm was originally injured and he pulled a bit of a face.

"Well...how's the PT been going and general usage? Do you feel it's up for this class you enrolled in?"

Shep pulls a face. "It's high school P.E. With a bunch of girls. How bad can it be? I've been through the Air Force basic training - long story - so I'm not too worried about the class. I just wondered if I'd have to present some kind of paper."

"But to answer your question, yeah, it's okay. Once in a while it twinges. And I've taken to wearing the sweatband over it since I ditched the brace, but that's more to avoid the 'what the hell happened to you' questions I kept getting."

He dug a clipboard out of the mess that cluttered the desk. "Fill this out."

House scanned the paper. "You don't know your blood type?" He qurked a brow. Well, not everyone did, he supposed. Kids probably didn't think about that sort of thing. Unless they had a reason.

He shook his head and pointed. "Exam One."

House is sucking on a red lolly pop. He looks up and tugs it out of his mouth. "I just love playing vampire. Fill this out," He hands her a clip board, "and slide into Exam Two."

She fills out the form to the best of her ability, given that she doesn't know half the information they're looking for, and goes into the exam room as instructed.
