Clinic Hours - Tuesday January 10th 2006

Though he was running a little late you try getting dried apple pie filling off the next morning but the Clinic was soon bright and inviting (as much as a Clinic could be) with the fresh scent of coffee wafting through the air and a certain oncologist kicked back with a crossword puzzle stack of paperwork.

Doctor is in!

I can do this, the angel thinks. It isn't any different than at the loft.

He blushes again, but raises his hands to tug gently at the lapels of Wilson's lab coat. "You seem rather certain that I wouldn't. Perhaps you ought to recall that I've been helping Crowley out with the occasional bit of work now and then for a very long time."

He couldn't help himself, not entirely and Wilson let himself be tugged in closer, reaching to rest his hands on the angel's hips.

"Ahh but you are a proper British gentleman, surely you wouldn't tempt and innocent young doctor?"

Wilson kept the flirting gentle, his hold such that it welcomed Phale but didn't trap him in the situation if the angel truly wanted to draw back.

"Technically, James dear, I'm not really British," the angel reminds him, not quite meeting Wilson's eyes but instead keeping his gaze trained mostly on where he hands are holding the white coat.

"And I don't believe I'd call it 'tempting'. I believe I'd say that I'm...offering you a choice. Free Will and all that, you know."

"Free Will...and all that." Wilson replied before casting a thorough glance around their surroundings making sure they were in the clear before he leaned forward and placed a kiss that was anything but their usual chaste public embraces.

This one was light at first then deep and then deeper still as the young doctor caught the back of the angel's head and gently threaded his fingers through his hair.

He returns the kiss for some moments, tightening his grip on Wilson's coat, until common sense finally gets the better of him.

"You win, James dear," the angel whispers in an amused tone as he draws back. "You're far more incorrigable than I am." His eyes twinkle a bit.

Chuckling softly, Wilson gave Phale one last smoothing down before he let the angel escape. After all, there were cookies to be eaten!

"I don't know, Aziraphale...I see room for growth." Winking, he exhaled a deep breath and stuffed wayward hands into his pockets.

Aziraphale laughs. "I think I ought to be offended that you're abandoning me for cookies," he says, brushing a bit of hair from Wilson's forehead and then stepping around him to snag a cookie from the plate.

"I should let you work, and get back to the shop. I left Kiki there, doing her homework, although it's been rather quiet today."

"Yeah...but they're your cookies." Wilson pointed out, smiling softly at the simple touch to his hair.

"I thought you liked quiet? Well, not to worry, I'll be down, clattering away and fussing up a storm at the narrow mindedness of my colleagues sometime later this afternoon."

"I look forward to it, my dear." Aziraphale smiles, stepping close to give Wilson a quick kiss and pop a cookie into his mouth, then he heads for the door.
