Susan got out Marty's file, and waited for him to attend their re-scheduled appointment.

Susan had Peter's file out, but was hopeful that today might be their last formal session.

Peter showed up at 4:00, carrying his dream journal (http://peter--parker.livejournal.com/tag/dream+journal) ~~that was updated for half the week, but you can pretend the other days have something if you'd like~~. "Hi, Dr. Pevensie. So I'm just about ready to get 'not crazy' stamped on my forehead, right?"

"All things considered, and considering all things, unless your dream journal matches that of an utterly delusional mental type, yes." Susan looked amused. "Let's take a look, shall we?"

She opened up the journal, and read the first dream. "Oh, that sounds like fun. How often did you get the chance to -- 'swing' around town, without having a goal in mind?"

"Back in New York, pretty frequently. It was how I commuted after I got my powers. It's actually a pretty quick method of travel, so I always had time to kill and I had plenty of time to wander," Peter explained. "Granted, I generally ended up being late anyway because there was a robbery or mugging or crazy supervillain or something. But it was really fun."

"It's pretty much impossible to do here, though," he said, frowning.

"Not necessarily. I know we don't have any skyscrapers for you, and it won't compare," Susan said, thinking as she spoke. "But we do have a gymnasium with high ceilings, and a dorm building that is structurally sound. If you consulted with one of the teachers, so they knew what you were doing, you could always recreate that indoors or on the school grounds?" She cocked an eyebrow at him. "Most of us have dreams of flight that are about freedom, release, relief; you've actually done something similar. It would be a shame to give that up, especially now that your identity as a student with powers has been revealed."

She took a look at the second dream, then raised her eyes to Peter's. "What do you feel, most often, when you have this dream? What seems to be driving it?"

"Well, it is kind of impossible. I don't have my webshooters here," Peter explained. "I left them at home because I figured, hey, not using powers here, might as well leave them there? I regret that now."

"Um, the dream about my uncle? Scared. Concerned. Responsible. A little bit guilty. I have it about once a week. It's probably just a reminder or something."

Susan smiled. "Perhaps you could have them sent to you? Something to think about, anyway. Give it some consideration."

She cocked her head. "Often, in dreams, we are looking for a solution to a problem that is insolvable. Sometimes as a way of coming to terms with any painful event, and making it more real. Again, a normal dream, from a normal teenager. I owuld be more concerned if you were having it every night; once a week, and it's probably just due to stress. If you have it more often, I want to know, though."

She turned to the last dream, and frowned. "Was there anything in particular that inspired this dream?" Knowing that some of the students wer part of the 'study group', she had to wonder if Peter had been as well.

Ivanova had been doing well last week; Susan only hoped that nothing had set her back, the last few days.

After her discussion with Professor Dream, Susan was more optimistic about Pip's progress, as well as different treatments available.

Pip came in a little late, water still dripping from his hair.

"Sorry, doctor. I was in the shower and saw what time it was at practically the last second."

"That's quite all right, Pip. I hope your week is going well?" Susan settled in with a smile. "I talked about your nightmares with Professor Dream, as it happens."

"It's... been an interesting week. A very interesting week," Pip responded.

"Go on. Were there more nightmares, less...?"

"Well..." Pip said. He detailed the last week. "Good... heavens." Susan's eyes were very wide by the end of this recitation, and she shook her head. "I won't address your actions with Angel, who I have yet to meet, or the others in the 'study group.' It sounds as if you've done everything you can to make peace with them, for now . I am glad your attempts at meditation were so-- fruitful. How are you feeling now? How are your nightmares? Especially after the meditation?"
