Clinic Application
PLease fill this out and deliver it to my desk in the clinic.

5. Scenario: The school doctor is watching television in an unused room. A patient comes in complaining of a stomache ache. What do you do?

Stapled to the application is a wavier, releasing Dr Hosue of any libility, should anyone on his staff get hurt or injured while working in the clinic. It must besigned by the applicant and two adult witnesses, preferably parents/guardians ir the appliant is under age. Principal or teachers at the school will also suffice.

2. These aren't necessarily "powers", but I do feel like I have an innate sense of right and wrong and high moral standards.
3. I'm interested in becoming a surgeon, and I think the experience would be good for me. I like to help people a lot. Some might say I have a bit of a "hero complex", but I don't think that's so. I just like to help people.
4. My father, Dr. Christian Shepard, has been a doctor for many many years. I've learned a lot just by listening to his stories, and he's taught me many things firsthand.
5. Give him some Pepto-Bismol.
6. Take him into surgery immediately to remove the bullet.
7. Order an ultrasound and some X-rays.
8. An ultrasound is a way to look inside your patient, often used to view a infant in vitro.
