Stabby was working on carving a tiny artificial pumpkin in his tank and the nurses were all watching intently.
"He's been watching Halloween Wars on Good Network," one nurse explained. "He got inspired. And we figured a regular pumpkin might rot too quickly in his tank."
Stark just nodded. It was better not to question these things.
"I brought pumpkin spice coffee," he said, setting down the tray of cups. "Not inside pumpkins."
The clinic was open, the alien was in, and the crab was hard at work on a fake pumpkin masterpiece of some sort.
