When Stark arrived at the clinic for his shift after a very awkward class he found the nurses huddled around Stabby's tank where the crab was holding a phone and playing some sort of game.
"What?" he asked.
"Crab Island," one of the nurses said. "He's gotten really into games lately."
"Oh."
At least the crab wasn't going to start talking about pollen. Probably.
Stark put down the coffees he'd picked up as usual and sat down at the desk.
The clinic was open, the alien was in, and the crab was playing crab games.
"What?" he asked.
"Crab Island," one of the nurses said. "He's gotten really into games lately."
"Oh."
