Fandom Clinic, Monday 8/22
The nurses were wearing crab hats when Stark arrived at the clinic with his usual array of coffees. He blinked at them a few times, then shrugged and placed the tray of drinks on the front desk.
"You're late."
"I was...busy," Stark said vaguely. He didn't need to get into anything that may have happened at the fire station before he arrived here.
"Mmmhmm. And where's your hat?"
"I haven't got a hat."
"We left it outside your door this morning. Didn't you see it?" The nurse was smirking at him.
"...no. I was..."
It was just going to be an awkward day for Stark all around, wasn't it?
The clinic was open, the alien was in, and there were crab hats for everyone but Stark and Stabby.
