Stark arrived at the clinic with his usual cold coffee beverages for everyone and stopped to consider the crab tank.
"He has a hat," he said, nodding in Stabby's direction.
"He's a cowboy," a nurse told him.
"Yee-claw!" another piped up.
"...oh." Stark wasn't sure how else to respond to that so he just settled in at the desk.
The clinic was open, the alien was in, and the crab was in need of a seahorse.
