Fandom Clinic, Tuesday

There had been a Santa hat on Will's head when he woke up today. Automatically, he'd reached up to pull it off- only to find there was now a hat in his hand and still one on his head.

And that was when Will remembered, oh right, he'd been told about this, the hats that wouldn't go away. So he'd resigned himself to his Santa-hat-clad fate and gone in to open up the clinic.

Shockingly, there were actual patients to see today- nothing too serious, but apparently a couple of NPC island residents had tried a little too hard to take off those Santa hats. Really, you'd think they'd know better.

"Well, you seem to be doing a pretty good job at it" Dwight offered. "I know a few people here who have been on the island a lot longer than I have and they still have trouble accepting the oddness. "It's good to get into whatever routine you can and stay busy."

(says the man with about five side projects going on at any given time)

"Gotta take care of yourself right? Which.... kinda brings me to my reason for the visit."

“Oh?” Will said, eyebrow raised and with a slight smile. “So this wasn’t just a social call, then?”

"Eh, mostly social. But figured since there was a now a staffed clinic right here in town, and I'm not, ya know, dealing with town-ending Troubles every other day like I was back home... Figured it might be time to at least get pretend I care about my health and all" Dwight said with a smirk.

Will nodded.

"That makes sense," he agreed. "Well, if you're after a full physical, I think I can squeeze you in today," he joked, with a quick glance around the extremely empty waiting room.

"If nothing else, maybe you can help me figure out what to do about this back of mine" Dwight said with a slight wince. "Think the last few years back home have finally caught up with me. Up to the challenge, doc?" he joked.

"I think I can handle it," Will replied drily, gesturing for Dwight to follow him back to one of the exam rooms.
