With the zombies gone, Martha hoped that there wouldn't be any new patients in the clinic today. She was perfectly content to finish taking care of the ones who were already there.

Tully grumbled to himself as he came in. He'd found himself finally human again, and immediately fallen down a slope and hit his head. He'd woken up this morning with a headache and blood in his hair.

"Morning." he sighed.

"Fell and hit my head." Tully said. "I'd try to take care of it myself but it's at an awkward angle." Also he wasn't a trained medic.

The first thing that ran through Arthur's mind as he began to wake up, sluggishly, was Promises or no promises, next time, I'll cut her bloody head off. (No, he wouldn't, but he wasn't feeling very charitable right then and there)

The next involved a great deal of pain and the words, "What happened?!", or at least an attempt at those words, which translated to a sort of low, confused whispering. His arm also hurt, and so the complaint can I not have use of my arm for one bloody month? wound up weaved into the whole mess and added to his already considerable headache.

The third thought, the one that hit Arthur like a fat horse, and that made him open his eyes rather suddenly was simply, and eloquently, oh, hell, Morgana can never find out that I got beat up by a girl.

Martha had been checking Arthur on and off, and was very glad to see that he seemed to be waking up finally. "Hi there," she said, giving him a warm smile. "Welcome back to the land of the living."

"...what happened?" he managed. Had he been more lucid, that would have come out more decisively. But as it stood... well, Arthur was still sort of focusing on mastering focusing.

Lucky for him he'd been in this position... a couple of times before.

Having found out that his roommate was in the clinic, Leto thought it a proper expression of friendship to pay him a visit, even if he wasn't sure Arthur would appreciate it.

"So, how long will it take to heal this time?" Leto asked encouragingly as he entered the room.

Merlin was there and nearly asleep sitting in one of the rather uncomfortable chairs next to Arthur's bed. He was allowed to be tired here, after all.

After visiting Dinah, Tony peeked in the other exam room to see if Merlin was still there. (He'd heard the nurses mention Merlin on the way in to see Dinah.) "Hey," Tony said quietly, not wanting to disturb Arthur.

When he'd well and truly woken up (and not in the vague, I-don't-recall-what-happened way that he'd probably blame on the potions later) Arthur tilted his head in Merlin's general direction. "Sleeping on the job?"

All right, he was still a bit fuzzy. He was allowed. Give him a bit.

Dinah was actually feeling a lot better. She wasn't seeing double, she didn't want to throw up, and she wasn't dead exhausted any more.

Okay, she had a stupid bandage on her face and she was wearing an extra pair of peach nurse's scrubs. Whatcha gonna do.

Rikku was ... still kinda groggy from the pain meds. Pain meds were awesome, though. She'd take groggy. She rubbed a hand over her eyes and tried to take in ... yup, clinic. Okay. Good deal. Zombies and all that.

She tried sitting up, hesitantly, waiting to see if her knee was going to let her.
