FTEC, Saturday, January 19 -- Day Shift.

Surrounded by a bunch of tiny white bottles very systematically placed around the front desk at carefully planned mathematical intervals, Adah Price was discovering that half the brain did not mean half the hangover. Last night she discovered why Poe was a drunk; this morning she discovered why he was probably depressed all the time. She had the distinct luck of a pretty good morning, though, despite feeling awful.

Rikku zipped into the ... oooooh, fancy! A clinic! She swooped around, staying close to the ceiling, and then zoomed in close on that girl over by the front desk. Could she get close enough to check out those pocketses???

One would certainly think so, considering that the girl over by the front desk was just staring hard at one of the little white bottles, hoping that the lettering on it stopped being so damn blurry...

Quarters!!! The girl by the front desk had nice, big pockets and they had quarters in them! And a little hair tie thing and some ... paper. Paper? It wasn't money-type paper. That was okay. Maybe it was valuable anyway. There was treasure everywhere if you knew where to look for it. Treasure was great!

Rikku giggled happily and decided not to press her luck any further. She had to get her treasure home!
