FTEC, Tuesday, November 20 - Evening Shift

Showing up for his shift this week was a relief compared to last. Still, it wasn't good to see Adah still suffering from what the plague had done to her body. Naturally, Wyatt tried to heal her. But nothing happened.

He stared at his hands and tried ago. No light, no tingling, no nothing. And suddenly he was very afraid he'd burned himself out trying to help people last week.

The progress of blinking and head-lolling seemed to have diminished for the evening. Whether it was backlash or simply sleeping was hard to tell.
