Alanna opened up the clinic and settled down with a very large cup of coffee. Then she noticed there were patients in the rooms and checked up on them.

Clark entered, hat in one hand, get well card in the other. "Uhm, excuse me I heard that Lana Lang was here?"

"That way." Faithful pointed with his tail. Alanna batted at the cat. "She's in exam room one and can have visitors if you'd like to see her."

Clark did a double take at the talking cat, but thanked them both cordially.

Lana woke up slowly, not sure where she was or what had happened. She tried to sit up, but got horizontal quickly when the movement made her nauseous and sent shooting pains through her head. Instead she lay there quietly, trying to remember what might have happened to give her what she could only assume was a concussion.

On her way back though town from Things To Do At The Beach class, Pippi stops to see people in the clinic.

She knocks softly on the wall and pokes her head in if the door is open.

Lana turns her head slightly, wincing a little. "Hey, Pippi," she says quietly. "Come on in."

"I feel like I got slammed into a wall, but I'm not really sure what happened," Lana admitted.

That afternoon, Tim, who had heard through the grapevine that Lana was in the clinic, but not why, knocked on her door. "Knock knock?"

Lana turned her head gingerly and smiled when she saw who it was. "Tim! Hi!"

"Clark, er, Mr. Kent? What are you -" I mean, how nice of you to come visit." Lana smiled at him.

Clark was an expert at awkwardness, so her initial response was not lost on him. "Oh, uhm, sorry to disturb you Lana, er, Miss Lang, but I, I heard that you were here and I, uhm, brought you, er this." He held out the card. It was from Hallmark and had some witty joke on it.

Clark smiled slightly. "You're very welcome. Anyway I just dropped by to see how you were doing, Ma always liked the Hallmark cards when she wasn't feeling well, thought it might cheer you up some."

Maia stired a little, her eyes opening slowly and then she shut them tight again. "H-hello?" she said opening her eyes again. Her head felt big.

Pippi poked her head into Exam two after seeing Lana.

"Hello." she said with a smile.
