FTEC, Sunday Morning

Janet stumbled in, exhausted, and opened up the clinic. Thankfully--and unusually--the nurse was around to watch the desk. She waved tiredly and dropped into a cot in the corner to sleep.


OOC: It's Mother's Day and yeah, I want to do the mommy thing with my kidlet. And my mom. :) Which means I am on omg slowplay, but will be tagging in when/if I can. For those of y'all who have plotty stuff, [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] will be around. Please give a serious hand of applause to our nurse. She rules.

Edmund was there. He had been there all night and wasn't planning on leaving until someone had told him those two criminals were behind bars, off the island, or dead.

His head was killing him, but not as much as sleeping in one of these waiting room chairs had.

With the exception of a brief trip to fill Veronica in on what had happened to Nadia, Bel stayed at Nadia's door, guarding her room.

Parker showed up early, looking rushed. "I just talked to Veronica." She nodded to Bel as she came in. "How is Nadia?"

"Concussion, broken wrist, maybe ribs," Bel said. "She'll be okay. Apparently it was Pippi and Walter who did this. They're possessed or something."

"God." Parker pushed her hair out of her face, and shook her head. "I saw Pippi last night, and I picked up on that, but-- I tried to call Dream, and ask him what to do about this. I'm sure it's the same fairy who grabbed her during the play. He's in the middle of some crisis but apparently? That particular fae was exiled to Hell a while ago." She looked away. "I called in other help after that. I just wish it had been in time."

Nadia woke up, her dream still at the forefront of her mind. She had no idea where she was, or what was going on.

She just thought she had to escape. She tried to sit up, and let out a breathy scream when her ribs protested.

After getting his examination, Alphonse decided to pay Nadia a visit while waiting for the results. "Nadia?" he called out quietly.

Nadia struggled to sit up again so she could get a better look at the door. Forutnately, this time she had enough sense not to do it fast, and was a bit more successful. "Al. Walter and Pippi?"

"Have a seat," she said, pointing to the bed, as she pulled out the portable x-ray equipment.

After doing some handwavy x-rays, the nurse handed Al a small cup of water and two pills.

"Those will help with the pain. You'll have to wait here until I can have the doctor on duty read these."
