Clinic Hours Friday

Paige hoped her first proper day in the clinic would be reasonably easy so when she showed up and found Pippi there she was a little suprised and worried.

But anyway the clinic is now open feel free to come bleed, drink coffee, or visit people, Paige knows what's she's doing ~~sort off~~

((I'm new to the clinic so erm bare with me! ~~OCD threads coming~~ UP! and there's been a slight edit, cos I lost track of who's here, sorry))

Paige is there in case anyone needs here, or just wants to chat.

Blair walked back into the clinic and started, surprised to see someone there.

"Hello?"

Paige smiles at the new guy, "hey can I help you? I'm afraid Doctor House isn't about right now, I'm Paige,"

((sorry had to disappear for a while))

"Hey, I'm Blair" Blair waved slightly, a little too tired to bounce.

"Yeah, I don't need Dr. House or anything, I just left to go change and I was going to come sit with Pippi for awhile." Blair looked at her. "Do you work here?"

[no problem!]

"Pleased to meet you Blair, yeah I work here so if you need anything just give me a yell okay?" she doesn't mention it's her first dat alone, cos that's unlikely to be reassuring.

"She's still sleeping I think you can go through," she pauses a moment as she briefly scans the notes, "so what exactly happened?"

Blair shrugged. "As for the medical version...those notes are going to give you a better answer than I can. There was something about an allergy to a bite but I don't remember. All I know is that Pippi was attacked by something in the spirit realm. She's better now."

Paige closed her eyes for a moment, she'd been inside Maia's head while she was a coma, that had been pretty bad, she assumed this is something similar.

"Well that's good then, that's she's gonna be okay I mean, I didn't know you could be attacked in the spirit realm, I'm guessing she didn't either right."

"You can go straight through, just don't get her too excited okay?"

Lyta entered, clad in a black sweater, black jeans, and dark sunglasses. Indoors. ~~Not that she has all that many colors in her wardrobe, anyway.~~ Her brows furrowed above the rims; she looked fairly uncomfortable as she approached. "I'd like to see someone about a headache," she said. She kept her voice moderated, even, so as not to antagonize the headache any further.

Paiuge nodded, "right okay, well do you want to come into an exam room so I can take a history? Just to make sure I know what's happening, that's there no outside influence aggrivating or anything," she told her

The red head nodded slightly, and stood ready to follow Paige. She groaned inwardly, remembering, too, that she might have to offer up a blood sample.

Paige smiled reassuringly and led her into the room, "Right well if you want to just sit down I guess we can start," she says, "so first things first full name and erm do you have any special needs or anything," she continues frowning slightly, "which pretty much means are you like a normal or more like me, do you have powers? And are you from Earth?"

"Full name, Lyta Alexander," she responded. She pursed her lips. "Human, from Earth, but I have some telepathic ability."

[Sorry for the delay. Had to leave unexpectedly. Am back now and will be up for a while.]

Paige smiles and notes this down, "okay cool, so do you get headaches often or is this a new thing? And has anything wierd happened to you recently," she pauses and frowns. "and when I say weird I mean not the normal wierd stuff that normally happens here."

"It's not new... Or at least, it wouldn't be if --" Lyta stops, shaking her head. She tries again. "It's considered normal for developing telepaths to experience migraines as they grow older and stronger. This is the first time it's happened since I arrived here."

Paige nods in understanding, "yeah I guess that makes, so have you taken anything for it already? Or did you come straight here cos I'm sure I can give you Advil, other than that, well the only thing I could do it heal, otherwise you're gonna need to wait for one of the doctor's if you can."

Lyta massaged her temple. "I used to be on medication for it, but I'm not certain you have the same available," she replied, giving a grimace. "I can wait for one of the doctors."

Paige bit her lip and nodded, "it might be a better idea, I don't wanna make anything worse you see, what with it being connected to your powers."

"I can understand that." Lyta nods, and gives a flicker of a smile to Paige. "What do I need to do?"

[If one of the docs is up to a little retro action, that will work. I really have been fighting one of these @#$% things, so my posts have been slow.]

Paige thinks a moment, "You just stay here and I'll go see if Wilson or House is about okay?"

((sorry to hear that, I'll go ping someone now and explain it's for Friday morning it should be okay.))

Pippi is still sleeping.

She mutters something about "Jam" and rolls over.

Wilson or House will be here for all your medical needs...hopefully

Victor stopped by with a yellow carnation.

"Hey...is Pippi awake yet?"

She's finally awake.

"Hey!" Victor said, handing her the carnation. "How are ya feeling?"

Pippi is a little surprised to wake up in a strange room and greeted with flowers. She is not surprised often, so she's even more surprised as she likes to get as much milage out of it as possible.

She takes the flower.

"Thanks." she says, "I... I guess I feel pretty good! Actually, I feel really good... Why are we in the Clinic?"

Victor scratched the back of his head. "Well...last night you had some sort of seizure, and , long story short, we got you down here. After that...I think I know what happened, but it feels like it was just a dream. I don't know. Walter, Pip, Blair, and Mia were also with you last night, so maybe one of them knows what happened.

He rocked from foot to foot for a moment, before reaching forward to give her a hug. "I'm glad you're alright."

Pippi hugs back and, in fact, lifts him off the ground.

"I'm glad too... I think I know what you mean... Maybe it wasn't as much a dream as I was just thinking but seemed like it? Witch-doctors can have that effect on people sometimes..."

She finally lets go.

"Thanks."

"Woah!" Victor said when she lifted him off the ground. "No problem. Yeesh, maybe you and Molly should have a weight-lifting contest or something..."

Pippi grinned.

"I think we're gonna! For Walter's Fanolympics for whatever he's calling it."

"That's cool! I can't wait to see it!

So, you think you're alright to go back to life?"

"Am I ever!"

She looks out the window and sees that the sun has just set.

"... I missed classes, didn't I?" *snap* "There goes my perfect attendance record!!!"
