Clinic Hours - Wednesday November 14th 2005
Wilson was humming.
He was in a fairly rock solid mood and so he was humming as he moved around the clinic, weaving in and out of decorations and considering giving Death a hard time about the fact that Wilson was Jewish. But really, he didn't have it in him and it was the spirit of the holidays that was important.
The Christmas Blend coffee was brewing and classical music warmed the atmosphere in the waiting room.
Doctor is in. Come, bleed...or drink coffee...or both if you like to multitask!

The Waiting Room
Re: The Waiting Room
Re: The Waiting Room
He'd been about to inquire after the young man's health, as Lee looked whipped himself but the man was gone before he could get the words out.
Wilson frowned, worriedly and after a moment's thought, made a mental note to move the more comfortable office chair into Exam 1. He knew what hell it was to sit by the bedside of someone you cared about and not be able to take away their pain.

Grumbling softly he hunkered down on his chest and tried to wriggle a little deeper under the desk.

"Need a hand?"
Re: The Waiting Room
"Owfuck!" He muttered as he rocked back on his heels and turned to look up at Angel with a blink.
"Huh? Oh... hey there Angel. Ah...did we have a follow up for your hand today?"

He really did have the most unruly head of hair.
But a half second after the shock of Angel...touching him wore off Wilson remembered that the vampire practically crawled up the wall to keep from touching people, especially after the souling and he chuckled.
"I'm hard headed
take that anyway you'd likeand I'm sure you're not here to tend my self inflicted concussion. What can I do for you?"Re: The Waiting Room

Exam 2
He remembers coming in last night. He remembers talking to the thin air that was apparently the clinic staff.
He remembers showing up for school. But as far as he can tell, he still can't remember anything from September 8 to December 11.
Re: Exam 2
So as the morning wound itself into afternoon, Wilson once again knocked lightly on the door and poked his head into the room.
"Ah, you're awake. How are you feeling, Jack?"

Reaching into the pocket of his labcoat he pulled out his stethescope and tucked the buds into his ears to warming it on his hand before he moved to take Jack's vitals.

"You didn't happen to sit down next to any strange trees and wish the past two months never happened did you?"
What was scary is this was a legitimate question.

Office
"Wilson? Wilson?" she called, trying not to sound too strained and alarm him more than he needed to be.
Re: Office
Standing, frowning he stuck his head out the door. "Lisa? What's up?"
Re: Office
"I need you to come back to your apartment. House is okay," she said quickly to reassure him. "I think it's his mom. He said he's flying out in the morning, and he's been crying."
At his anxious look, she said quietly, "He needs you."
Re: Office
Nodding, he flipped off the light without a backwards glance and began to move down the hall. As he passed her, he gave Lisa's shoulder a grateful squeeze.
"Thank you, Lisa."
Re: Office
"Wilson? If you need anything..."
She knew he'd take her offer seriously, and gave him a weak smile as he walked out. Lisa sighed and sat down, letting her eyes finally give into a few errant tears, but in a strange way she felt better, knowing that House would be in good hands, the best hands possible. To occupy her mind, she looked over the papers on his desk, and started straightening them up and clearing out forms - lightening the load for both of them for a few days was the least she could do.
