Fandom Clinic; Thursday [07/28].
There wasn't a whole lot for Libby to do that day at the clinic, so she was mostly continuing on her wish bracelet-making spree by deciding to maybe make one for Stabby.
And if she made one for Stabby, she'd have to make some for the nurses, too.
And if she made some for the nurses, she should probably make ones for Dr. Halstead and Stark, as well.
Between this and her deciding to make bracelets for everyone in the DnD group, too, she was pretty sure she was going to wind up practically being able to make these things in her sleep.
The Clinic is open!

The Clinic is open!

The Front Desk - 07/28.
At least it's cuter than a medical one, right?
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
"Hey Libby" he said with a somewhat shy grin as he walked in. "How's it going?"
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
"Which one do you think'll suit Stabby better? Red and orange," she lifted the one, "or red and yellow?" Followed by the second.
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
"Hummmmm" he said with serious consideration as he looked from one to the other and back a few more times. "The red and yellow!" he finally decided.
Kurt looked at Libby and gave her a smile. "It brings out the color in his shell the best I think."
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
Hopefully the only crab in all the clinic!
But with that very important matter out of the way, Libby set the bracelets down and her attention shifted entirely over to her visitor. "How are you, Kurt?" she asked. "Didn't spend all day in the kitchen again, did you?"
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
He glanced over at Stabby and gave a slight grin.
"Gotta make sure Stabby isn't trying to take over the clinic or hold you hostage or anything" he said trying and almost managing to keep a straight and serious face as he looked over at the tiny crab.

"I'm not too sure crabs are very big on potatoes or casseroles," Libby admitted with a pleasantly delighted grin, "but I do know I'm a fan of both." Her smile softened a little, as her hands flanked the container to pull it a little closer. "Thanks, Kurt. It smells amazing!"

She seemed to hesitate, then, container still between her hands as if she didn't know quite what to do with it, before she asked, "Did you have some already?"
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
He looked up at Libby and then shook his head. "Not... not that I think you can't handle it yourself. You are a good cook too!" he added, hoping he hadn't insulted or offended her unintentionally.
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
There was nothing insulted or offended there, just...disappointed and trying not to be, as Libby dropped her eyes toward the container.
But of course he would have already eaten, didn't make a whole lot of sense to make food and not eat it. There was a chance that, knowing how teenage boys, and especially Kurt, could put away food, that he could still eat again, but Libby just shook her head a little, shook that train of thought straight off the tracks.
But she smiled when she looked back over at Kurt. "All's I've got is a good ol' PB&J with me today, so this is definitely an upgrade."
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
"If... if you wanted... company or anything for your break... I... I am free the rest of the day since class is over" he said, suddenly finding the desk he was standing in front of very interesting as he couldn't look at Libby for some reason at that exact moment.
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
"It has been pretty quiet today," she noted, even though it was usually pretty quiet most days (and thank goodness for that!). "And you know I adore Stabby, but he's not much of a conversationalist..."
That somehow didn't stop her from actually talking to Stabby more than the nurses, half the time, but conversations with the nurses usually led to having to go into all sorts of other things.
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
Kurt knew the nurses probably wouldn't like them just digging in at the front desk, especially since he hadn't brought enough for everyone... he would have to remember to do so next time though. But he also knew Fandom was not like other places so maybe they did just eat lunch at their desks? All he knew is he didnt want to get Libby in trouble... or not be allowed to come visit any more. And now... he was just second guessing himself and everything...
"If you wouldn't mind some company that is" he added. "Blacksmith class was a workout so Im sure I could manage to eat something" he added with a small chuckle.
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
"But blacksmithing! I bet that is a lot of work. But probably really interesting, too!"
Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
"Kinda like back home. We had a jet that we used to get around places when the team needed to go on missions. Sometimes us students got to tag along. But it was always so busy and hectic we often ate meals in the jet. Much to Scott's annoyance.
He took a seat and gave Libby a nod of understanding. "Of course! Work always comes first" he assured her.
"And yeah the Blacksmith class is a lot of fun
even when handwave due to real life OMG. Mrs. Amaya is a lot of fun and is a really good teacher too so that always makes it easier. What about you? How are your classes going?"Re: The Front Desk - 07/28.
She went a little quiet, then, as she fiddled with removing the lid of the container. "And then my other one is Sith Philosophy," she said. "That's on Fridays, and it's....well, it's a different kind of religion. I don't think it's a very good one, but it's really interesting to learn about. And really....challenging. I'm really glad we have DnD afterwards now, because it's nice to have something just fun and silly to enjoy after that class...
"But I like it," she hastened to add. "It's just....it can be a lot."
Not even just the subject matter, but the critical thinking and the encouragement of debate and the way it made her wrestle with her own faith and beliefs.
The Exam Rooms - 07/28.
