Clinic | Friday
Between Troy needing to stay overnight and the tragic demise of the snowmobile, Elli had come to the practical conclusion of staying at the clinic overnight. It just made the most sense--both for her and for Wayne, after some conversation about the feasibility of a sleigh, the rickshaws, or a good old-fashioned piggyback ride.
It hadn't been exactly restful at the clinic, but it had been safe and Elli was just glad enough of that, especially once Friday came around with a whole new bout of injuries—from people being attacked by inflatables.
Gearing up for another long, hard day at the clinic, Elli drank her tea, checked in on Troy, and reviewed the cases that had come in overnight.
The Clinic is Open.
