FTEC, Sunday [10/3]
Ellie was at the clinic like she usually was on Sundays. It wasn't as though she had visiting family members to spend time with. So she was there if any medical emergencies occurred. Or if anyone wanted to hide from their family members for a few hours.

After spending time there being reminded of last year, it... felt like just the sort of time to check in with Ellie.

She just wanted to make sure he wasn't here for a medical reason.

"If you're up for that." Which he'd hoped she might be, since she was stuck here. "Family sort of day, so I thought--"

She figured he might have been having issues with this weekend as well.

Especially because it got boring here sometimes. The nurses gossiping wasn't as entertaining after awhile.

"So here I am!" He shrugged. "Not disturbing you from anything interesting?" Honestly, Chuck wasn't sure what constituted an interesting shift for her.

"I know when to keep quiet, come on." ... No, he really didn't.

She smiled. "Thanks, Chuck."
That wasn't just for breakfast either.

So, naturally, she figured a new clinic might take pity on a pretty visitor, and wandered in, massaging her neck. It was worth mentioning, of course, that she was in uniform. There was always the chance that Coach Sylvester would meet their plane later. "Oh my god, is this the clinic?" she asked as pitifully as possible.

Maybe that wasn't the best medical advice ever, but she was certain giving out random drug prescriptions was even less ethical.

Like anyone ever wanted Puck doing their homework for them.

She resisted the strong urge to roll her eyes. "Who is he? Maybe I know him."

This girl was just so...pretty and cheerleader-y and...ugh.

So she wasn't actually Puck's girlfriend, still. Big deal.

"No, he didn't." Yes, there was a bit of an edge in her voice. "And not that sad. I mean, it's not like I'm dating him or anything. But I wouldn't have made out with him if I knew he had a girlfriend."
Her words were very deliberate, and maybe she felt a little bad about that. Not that she'd admit it.

She wasn't usually this catty, but damn did it feel kind of good right now.

She thought Gallant was so dreamy, but she'd rather make out with Goofus.
Her lips moved a little as she turned the pages.
