FTEC, Sunday

With the signs he'd seen for the new Fight Club, Ronan was most curious and had decided to attend. Which meant he made absolutely certain to make it in for the day shift this particular Sunday, and depending on how things went, perhaps for most Sundays in the foreseeable future.

That said, he was in for the day shift, and was puttering around. (And preparing a kit with a few supplies that he thought he'd bring by the Fight Club. Just in case.)

A sleepy-looking Hoshi stopped by with two cups of coffee. "This Daylight Savings thing doesn't make sense," she grumbled. "Do you think you could just inject the caffeine right into my veins?"

"Ooh, bless," Ronan said, as he took the proffered cup. "I could use that right about now. And you think it doesn't make sense to you? I've been living with it the past eighteen years and it still doesn't make sense to me."

"I'm sure that there are others ways to save energy than just setting the clocks forward," said Hoshi. "All it did was make me paranoid. I had this weird dream last night about waking up late and thinking I'd slept through the entire day."

Ronan shuddered. "I hate that," he said. "Oh, hey," he added, "have you heard about this Fandom Fight Club thing?"

"Yeah, I saw the posters," said Hoshi. "It sounds interesting, but probably not my thing. My workouts tend to be less fighting and more yoga. I'm sure a lot of people will be interested in it, though."

"Like me," Ronan admitted. "... I feel kinda bad for it, but... I dunno. I'm interested in it, and it's a way to get better. I might not always have my wizardry to rely on."

Evening Shift

Where there are nurses, for great modding! Not dirty. They decided collectively to spend today pining for Doctor Troy.

I, however, will be gone during the day today, but will pick up all pings when I get home early evening! I just needed to ping Ronan in for the day shift so he was free for FFC tonight.
