FTEC, Wednesday [02/11]

For all that Martha considered herself to be a sensible person, there were times when she let her emotions take over. This would be why she was sitting at the main desk of the clinic cutting out paper hearts and taping them up throughout the waiting room. A little Valentine's Day decorating wouldn't kill anyone - at least, she hoped.

It was late afternoon when Mohinder made it into the clinic. He stopped in the middle of the waiting room, looking around.

"You're a little early for," he nodded upward, "aren't you?"

"Only by a few days," she insisted, smiling and setting what she was working on down. "Can I help you?"

"If I did, I think I'd be making a killing here," Martha said. "I'd be getting the allowance of every student in the school."

"And not just the students," Mohinder replied, adding dryly, "Though I'm not sure it'd be something you would want to sell with a guarantee."

"The clinic takes no responsibilty if you wake up purple or with wings?" suggested Mohinder. "Well, wings you hadn't the night before."
