FTEC, Saturday, October 11

The nurses were all gathered around the front desk, gossiping while Martha finished going through the files from the weekend with the enemy island. It was a little strange to have someone around who actually wanted to work and help people, but they wouldn't have expected much else from someone like Martha.

It had taken the squirrels the better part of the morning to drag Barbossa down to the clinic, where they dumped him out front with a carefully written note: "CoMMa. totalleeeee a COmmA. Not A hedwund." taped to his shirt.

Martha sighed at the sight of the unconscious body, and dragged Barbossa off to an exam room, muttering about stupid coma patients.

Yes, that was totally the evil Graham Eriksen in the coma and not his good twin Marshall. Totally.

Shhhh, I'm too lazy to make a sleeping icon

At some point in the morning, the REAL evil Graham Eriksen snuck into the clinic and entered his brother's room. His face was covered in order to hide his tell-tale facial hair.

He then took out a magic marker and scribbled a goatee onto his unconscious brother's face. Yes, it was all going according to plan.

"Mwahahahhahahahaha!"

Gavin wasn't injured unless you counted the mental anguish thrust upon him when he'd spent ten years locked in the world's worst carnival. Gavin thought a clinic might be a good place to find someone else his prey had fingered. He, after all, went after the innocent.

And Gavin was innocent in his own mind even if he was guilty.

Smoke flitted away from the tip of his lit cigarette as he surveyed the scene. There was one hot doctor that he would have been interested in without the pain and torture of ten years locked away from society and crippling his social skills.

His search went on. Soon, his prey would be in his sights. He stubbed the cigarette out and left without a word.

Lily wasn't sick. No, Lily was here at work. Because she was a doctor. You could tell by the lab coat and the charts she was looking at and the way she kept putting her stethoscope up to stuff.

Peter had snuck out of his hotel room. He was feeling sick on his left side, but he dare not let Zero know that he felt ill until he could confirm that it was something to worry about.

"Can I see a doctor?" Peter asked as he stumbled in, looking flushed and clutching his side.

"What seems to be the problem?" asked Doctor Lily, snapping a chart shut and walking over with purpose.

Brooke's headache had gotten worse. She was sure it was nothing, but still, she thought she should maybe head to the clinic to get it checked out.

"Excuse me," she said when she got to the front desk. "I seem to have a headache."

"Oh, you poor thing," said Lily, and quickly ushered Brooke into an exam room for a diagnosis.

And then there were many tests off camera and Doctor Lily came back to announce, "I'm sorry, Brooke. You have a rare tropical disease."

Exam Room 3- Brooke Davis

Brooke was withering away from her rare tropical disease, trying not to cry while she lay in bed, waiting to die. She was too strong for that.

She looked very sad, and could use the company.

After getting back from seeing John on the street, Jaina headed over to see her dear dear sister. Woefully. But prettily. "I'm so sorry," she wailed.

Since poor dear Brooke was now in a coma, Ned found his way there next.

Again, he bowed his head in prayer before starting last rites.

"The soul is a heavenly thing, a heavenly body of it's own. And this one's soul is set to join the rest of those heavenly bodies in the sacred action of...being a soul. We don't know why this young girl was taken from us so young. We just know that we must protect her. We must stop her if she deigns to come back from the spiritual nexus as an evil spirit and we must put into place safeguards to keep her from growing in power and killing us all. She must be watched, wearing a chastity belt of evilness, if you will. If she breaks free, we must be prepared for the eventual onslaught of good versus evil, with this girl's spirit as it's leader. We must be prepared to die for our sins and for her sins. Our leaders must be ready for the a spiritual world war the likes of no other."

Ned took a breath. "We cannot allow this girl's spirit to become our new leader. We cannot let the church fall into the hands of someone who is capable of evil. We must stand, untied and united, one nation under God, as I walk through the valley of the shadow of death."

He coughed.

"Amen." And then left.

"Graham" was still there and in a coma.

His goatee was starting to rub off on his pillow, however. Weird.

At one point, Doctor Lily wandered over and stood over "Graham". "You deserve everything you got," she hissed, and then wrote something mean on his chart before stomping off.

Ned found his way into the first coma patient's room. He prayed over his body to start with, silently asking for God to guide this poor soul into the next life carefully.

Ned didn't realize that Marshall wasn't dead yet.

Ned also didn't really know Last Rites.

"Please forgive this young girl her sins," he started, not correcting the gender, "and please guide her soul's passage to the next life carefully and calmly. Her life has been fraught with trouble and depravity. No one really knew that she'd become a whore but she has been forgiven. And thus, in her last day's, we must forgive her. We do forgive her. Her soul will wander with the infinite wisdom that she has accomplished many a great things. Her face will clear from the venereal diseases that fornication has brought upon her. She will be healed."

Ned prayed again before kissing his book and leaving.

Father Ned had locked the church for a brief spell and was now coming into the clinic to make sure all the lost and found souls of the world were well.

"Does anyone require last rites?" he asked, deciding just to advertise it rather than be subtle.

"We have three coma patients," Doctor Lily said, shining a light at a lollipop. "Have at it."

Still comforting poor Harvey with her heaving bosom, Temari looked on the verge of tears. "Doctor! I need a doctor for this poor man!"

Harvey's face hurt like hell and he smelled like burnt cheese but at least he wasn't shouting anymore. Again, the boobs helped.

Continuing in what may have ended up becoming the worst clinic post ever, Doctor Lily brought Harvey and Temari and Temari's boobs into the exam room.

"Before we start, do you need a lollipop?" Lily asked. "I understand they're very therapeudic."
