After seeing that there were small children on the island yet again, Doogie set himself up outside of the clinic in the morning, and set out a table with some washable markers, and a sign that said:

FREE COOTIE SHOTS
Choose your own color!

Whether or not any of the kids would be able to read was something he figured he'd deal with on the fly.

Mac gave the sign a long look. Then stared up at Doogie. "You can't shoot cooties," she told him. He was obviously a very confused boy.
