Christian opened up the clinic in the morning. Plus side, he now was in charge. Minus side, he now had Tommy's shifts until they found a replacement.

Wilson was a man in need of a sling...and perhaps an entire bottle of Advil but we'd start with the sling.

Phale, had taken care of the immediate omg!bleeding to death issue and a brief trip to an ER on the mainland had resulted in a quick patch job but upon waking that morning, Wilson was in the sort of pain that spoke of wrenched structural damage and he wasn't 100% sure about the integrity of the stitches.

So with a promise to meet Phale in the Park for lunch, the young doctor pulled himself together as best he could and dragged his way down to the FTEC.

Christian looked up from his pr0n magazine as Wilson came in. "Can I help you?" he asked.

Wilson blinked. Opened his mouth...thought about it then closed it.

"Boy do you look like someone I know." But Bel would have said a proper hello so...Fandom weirdness at work again.

"Uh, yes, I've recently been..err...that is to say I need you to check on...inset doctor medical babble here."

[ooc: Translation of doctor medical babble... 'I need you to check my stitches, they don't feel right, x-ray my shoulder, it doesn't feel right and I'm fairly certain I'll need a shoulder bandage and sling but if you try to put me in one of those goody rods that holds your elbow out for pigeons to land on, I'll hurt you.']

"Yeah, some punk kid at the school," Christian sighed. "I've heard it before." He looked Wilson over. "Okay, follow me to Exam Room One () and we'll take a look at you."

Wilson followed along the familiar hallway to the exam room and headed for the exam table without fuss. Hissing softly as he pried himself up onto the bed, he undid the top buttons of his dress shirt to expose the blood pinked bandage beneath.

"I think these stitches at least need to be resewn. The resident on duty in the ER last night looked like she was on the rough end of a 60 hour shift. I also think she missed some cracks in the scapula and the distal clavical joint."

Christian examined Wilson's shoulder. "I think we should take an x-ray," he agreed. He handwavey brought Wilson to the x-ray machine and took a few shots of the shoulder, then brought him back to the exam room. "What the hell were you doing to do this to yourself?" he asked as he checked over the x-rays.

"Wild sex and jell-o shots, what else?" Wilson couldn't help himself. Blame the pain pills he was on.

"Uh huh," Christian said. "Better lay off the S&M for awhile then. I'm going to redo these stitches and put a new bandage on. You're going to be in a sling for awhile."

"Yipee." Wilson said dryly and then tried to bite his own tongue because it was a well known fact that doctors were horrific patients.

Christian handwavely completely his work. He studied the stitches. "If you take care of that, there should be no scar," he said. "Unless you want one."
