Christian grumbled about Tommy making up excuses for not being there when he opened up the clinic Monday morning. So much for a long weekend.

On the plus side, maybe some hot female students would present themselves for a beginning of the year check-up.

He checked on the one comatose patient and settled in to do some reading of porn.

Nadia came in after her class and her talk with the dance teacher.

She hadn't planned to actually go much farther than the doorway, just standing and watching for a bit, but then she noticed a wound down moral lying on the floor and she quietly entered to pick him up.

Then she sat down, held the shut off robot like a teddy bear, and just watched Jamie for awhile.

He definitely won on the whole "bad couple of weeks" thing.

At some point on Monday afternoon, Marie stopped by to check on Jamie. She couldn't help the overwhelming pangs of guilt she felt about the fact that he was still in a coma.

She sat quietly in a chair to think for a while.
