FTEC, Saturday Evening, September 2

Trevor was pleased to see that everyone who had apparently been in the clinic in the morning had been discharged and left. He was hoping for a quiet, stress-free evening.

"No clue." Artie shrugged. "Went to the Kwik Stop, found him on the floor."

"Well, that's a very unhelpful start," he muttered, before leading the way back to Exam One. "Here, set him down on the bed, and I'll take a look at him. Do you know what his name is?"

Artie didn't answer "Dada King." It might have been a close thing. "Jamie Madrox." He hurried after Trevor to set Jamie down. "Let me know what I need to do."

It was only by virtue of the fact that he'd been in Fandom for a while that this was not the strangest conversation he'd ever had. "I'm not sure if there's anything you can do," he said, starting a closer check-up of Jamie. "Did you notice anything on the floor beside him? Blood, or anything that might suggest he hit his head, perhaps?"

Trevor nodded, taking note of the stability of Jamie's condition. "I think all I can do for now is keep him here, and keep an eye on him to see if he wakes up." Or gets worse, he thought sadly. "Thank you very much for bringing him here. You've been a great help."
