Just outside the front doors to the clinic, Natalie knelt and picked up...a license plate? Where had that come from, she wondered as she looked around. There were no cars visible in the immediate vicinity. She shook her head. Maybe she didn't want to know. Moving into the clinic, she placed the license plate on the front desk then went about the processes to get herself settled in for shift.
