OOC: Update to clinic operation
As of today, there have been some changes in how FTEC and the school/summer camp clinic are run. All players should read the following.
1) As mentioned before, FTEC is now protected by the same sanctuary spell that's placed on Caritas. If anyone starts violence in FTEC they will be magically transported somewhere else in town. This spell is in place at all times unless I say otherwise.
2) The school/summer camp nurse is still around, but has been shifted to be entirely handwaved. If your character has minor medical needs (e.g. a band-aid or some aspirin) they can say they've visited the nurse if they so desire. Major medical needs go to FTEC.
3) In addition to the regular FTEC staff, there is now an NPC nurse who works at FTEC. The nurse's job is to help fill in any gaps in the medical knowledge of the clinic staff member (e.g. Tommy's inability to do MRIs), and to provide a way to allow players to handwave being seen at the clinic if RL or an overstaffed clinic traps them in unwanted slowplay.
The NPC nurse is there in addition to the FTEC staff member, not instead of. All FTEC posts will be watched by a player. The nurse is there simply to provide players with more options about when they can come into FTEC and how long they stay.

fh_nurse will be used on those occasions when FTEC is swamped with patients and, for whatever reason, the other FTEC characters can't come in to help. This is so players can still get RPing in if they so desire. This is for special occasions only and must be arranged in advance (Which you'd be doing anyway if you're going to swamp FTEC with patients, right? Right.)

The NPC nurse should be assumed to be in the clinic unless expressly stated otherwise. Clinic posts can only be started by clinic staff. It is up to the individual staff member if they want to do OCD threads that specify the nurse or not. The nurse is there regardless.
