Now that Spring Break is over, the school nurse is back on the job.

Or she's knitting. One or the other.

The nurse offered Parker Advil and a bottle of water.

Also a pamphlet about the dangers of excessive drinking. Particularly while underage.

Parker grimaced, took the Advil and the water, stuck out her tongue at the nurse when her back was turned, then grudgingly thanked her and wandered out.

Mac hobbles in on his crutches and holding his old damaged cast for his brokenn leg. "I need a new one of these put on."
