Clinic [1/24]

Susan opens the Clinic, assuming it's one of Dr. House's bad days, and not knowing which of the aides is expected today.

She herself has two patients to get ready for. So she hopes that someone comes to take over Reception fairly soon.

Marty comes in during fifth period and waves at Susan.

"Am I late for my appointment?"

Peter walked into the Clinic at just before 4:00. "Hi, I'm Peter Parker. I'm here for my appointment."

Afternoon Clinic with Dr House

He wasn't actually having a bad day. He was just being lazy. Avoiding clinic, because that's what House does best, much like bouncing is what Tiggers do best.

Speaking of Tigger, he'd promised Wilson he would talk to Blair, and he'd told Blair he'd be in the clinic in the afternoon, so he figured he ought to at least make an appearance. For the record, the promise is not the only reason he wants to apologise to Blair Tigger.

[OOC: House will be MIA for 8th period class]

Blair wandered into the clinic timidly. He had promised Dr. Wilson that he would come back and Dr. House had called and didn't sound...yell-y. He took a deep breath and stepped further inside.

He sat at the desk wih a red lolly pop dangling from his mouth, and a crossword puzzle book in front of him. He looked up when Blair came in, and felt a stab of regret for how he'd acted the other day.

"I suppose even tiggers get tired of bouncing all the time," he said with a slight smile.

Blair shrugged. "Sometimes bouncing can be annoying."

House nodded. He pushed out of the chair so he was standing, and moved to the other side of the desk. He didn't use his cane, and held the lollypop in his hand.

"Yeah." He nodded and rubbed hs hand across his forehead. "Come with me to Exam One. I don't feel like broadcasting to the whole school." House went to the exam room, and the rest of the conversation is NFB as exam rooms are considered private and NFB.

Exam One - NFB

Blair followed Dr. House into the exam room and stuck his hands in his pockets. Biting his lower lip he looked up at Dr. House.

"I'm really sorry, man." He said quietly.

"That's why I didn't want this public, Blair. Listen to me." House put a hand on Blairr's shoulder. "You didn't do anything wrong. I was selfish and irresponsible the other night. I shouldn't have been here. My leg was really bad and when my leg hurts like that I can't think straight. You caught me at a bad time. I would have lashed out at anyone who happened through that door. It wasn't you, Tigger, it was me."

Marty nodded to Susan looking and feeling slightly nervous. "Not a problem."

Peter took a seat on the couch and said, "Um, sure. Notes are good. And, um, yeah, I could do a questionaire. I'm good at quizzes."

Peter filled out the questionaire and handed it back to Susan. "Um. There are a few important things to get through early on before this really makes any sense, I think. But what we talk about here is completely confidential, right?"

1.What prompted you to come here today? My aunt suggested therapy a couple months ago and last night prompted me to get a rush on it.

Difficulty sleeping? Sometimes.
Appetite problems? Often very hungry. There's a scientific explanation for that.
Changes in drug/alcohol use? Consistantly nil.
Changes in sexual interest? No changes.
Problems with classes/grades? Not at Fandom.
Other problems? Um. It's complicated.

"Well, I haven't committed any violent crimes. So. That's good." Peter was extremely comfortable. Really.

"Um, I don't think I have any questions. If I think of anything, I'll let you know."

"Last night. Um. I don't know if you've heard about what happened last night in the park, but I was there. Not setting things on fire! I didn't do any crime. But I wandered into a situation I knew for a fact was dangerous and I got attacked and... Well, I survived without a scratch. Um. That's the part that I'm not really comfortable discussing, but nothing makes sense without it, really."
