House is a wee bit excited about the evening to come.
He's having trouble relaxing enough to sleep.
So...May as well work a few hours in the clinic, right?
Riiiiight.
He's sucking on a red lolly, and he's in the office. Disturb if you dare.

He'd been lazy that morning, taking his own sweet time in getting out of the bed. No real reason for his laying about, just...he had the time and the inclination and as long as he'd had House beside him, Wilson hadn't felt the need to be anywhere else.
Then House had gone and headed into the Clinic and though Wilson had managed to drop off for a couple more hours, he had finally surfaced, showered, shaved and was now padding along the corridor in his socking feet carrying two cups of coffee.
"Hey there."

"Of course." The oncologist returned the smile and set a foot up on the edge of House's chair, just a subtle invasion of his lover's space.
"What's got you down here of all places this morning?"

"Just killing a little time before I whisk you away for the night." Blue eyes sparkled with mischief.

"And just where are you whisking me?"

Hands, no longer holding the coffee, moved to rest on thighs. Intense blue eyes shifted, danced as he looked up at Wilson.

And
And
And
The list was endless, it would probably always been endless and House ... twenty-four hours alone with House, they hadn't had anything like that in years, even with Wilson coming here and their cohabitating.
Setting his coffee aside, he covered House's hands with his own and leaned forward to press a gentle kiss to the corner of the older man's mouth.
"Sounds perfect. Thank you."

"Might also check with DEATH. There's little that comes through the door that he can't handle without one of us."
Straightening, the oncologist looked down at his lover and then grinned.
"Three eh? Hmmm, guess I better get a wriggle on if I'm going to get ready to be able to...keep you happy."

Tapping the frame with his fingers, the oncologist slipped back down the corridor, his mind busy coming up with ideas of how to keep House...very happy.

He smiled to himself,a nd fished in the files drawer for the paper with phone numbers for the clinic assistants. Alanna, Lisa, DEATH. Between the three of them, he hoped to keep the clinic open at least a few hours.

"Chaucer. Hmmm." He looked toward the exam rooms, wasn't aware of anyone bsck there but Jack. He sifted through a drawer o patient files, found the one marked Chaucer, and scanned WIlson's notes.
"Discharged. Sorry."
