House is in the lab, running the bloodwork Wilson asked him to do. He's brought a small radio with him, so at least there's music, though it has to sit outside on the reception desk so the air waves don't interfere with the lab equiptment.
He's humming along with whatever classic rock song is playing in the back ground, while he runs the blood. Against his usual pattern, he takes the time to scribble notes on the patient files just to show Wilson up. And to show Wilson how much he appreicates how Wilson has stepped up and taken over, allowing Hosue the luxury of skipping out on clinic duty as much as possible.Which has a lot to do with mun availability, but still
Michael's blood work is a straight forward test, and a good place to start. He lines the others up in no particular order, Hank, Parker, Chloe, and Duce.
Dr House is not on active duty, hopefully one of the assistants is working tonight? But House is in the clinic, so if somene stumbles in and distracts him from the blood work, he might reward them with a red lolly. Probably purple or orange, depends on how grateful/grumpy he is
[OOC: If any of you patients are looking for specific results, PLEASE let me know. I'm not good with the 'find whatever you want' thing. Need specifics, please. Duce the obvious exception, House isn't going to get to her blood work tonight since that's interactive and scheduled for Wednesday]

She sighed. "I might do. I've never liked the idea of relying on drugs to sleep... but I've not had a good night's sleep since Friday, so..."

She laughed harshly. "Yes. May I write how this assignment placed one student in the clinic?"

"Feel free to vilify away," Parker added cheerfully. "Although, to be fair, Kawalsky showed up double-quick-time the second he heard what was going on, and he said I'd be excused from the rest of the stupid exercise. Yay, Major K!." She sighed. "I haven't actually talked to Professor Maclay yet, though."

She grinned, before looking serious. "I've not spoken to Charlie since ethics class... discounting the brief exchange at the zoo when he was convinced that he was Samuel L. Jackson. And I need to talk to the Professor as well. Probably the Dean too. I don't know what the procedure is to drop a class."

"Drop if the class makes you crazy. I was enjoying it, until this mess. We'll see if I *can* even stay after this debacle, though." She sighed. "By Thursday, I might be so bored it seems like a good idea again."

Then she leaned back, shrugging. "Either way, no fetching and carrying for Echolls this week. Ha."

She smiled at Parker. "So, something good has come out of it at least then."

"Enh. I'm bored now, but Alanna's getting me the big box o' fun (http://www.livejournal.com/users/mparker16/2413.html?thread=344429#t344429) that O'Neill bought me last week at the end of her shift. And I could use the break, actually." She sighed, her face looking drawn. "I have kind of been overdoing it."

"That's something. Did you want any books? Because I'll get them out the library for you tomorrow if you want?"
"Just a bit," Elizabeth agreed. "Although I saw your poster for Academic Affairs."
no subject
"Books would be good. Anything ridiculous. Except Harlequins, those are ridiculous and moronic. Maybe some Wodehouse?"
"I had to do it. No one was running! Of course, now Crane's probably going to take it because I'm stuck in here." Parker rolled her eyes. "I don't know the guy, but I'd still rather I won, damnit. Even with the ulcer. And *not* because Valentine biffed it. I'm just sick of this crap being up in the air."
no subject
"Wodehouse I can do," she nodded. "And trust me, I wouldn't even know where to look for Harlequins."
"Hey, I got elected and I had the mumps for two weeks," Elizabeth grinned. "I voted for you though this morning, so fingers crossed and all that."
no subject
"Thanks for voting. And for me, no less." Parker's voice was dry. "We'll see how it goes. At least having a fast fast election like this doesn't allow for enough time to for a lot of crap to be pulled. And yeah, you did get elected, didn't you?" Parker grinned. "I win, I win. I lose, I'll figure out how to make it a win."
