Clinic Hours for Friday October 21st
He was actually starting to make a dent in his cross word puzzle paperwork.
If you just didn't investigate all the new paperwork that was piling up in the meantime.
Coffee in hand -when wasn't there coffee in hand, the man did live on the stuff- Wilson whistled softly as he flicked on the lights and opened the Clinic up for regular hourschaos and insanity.
Wilson was just settling down with his coffee and hiscrossword puzzle paperwork when there was a knock at the Clinic door.
Supplies had arrived!
Grumbling softly, he spent the next half hour receiving the boxes, going through the shipping manifests and finally signing off on the bill. Well...unpacking this lot was certainly going to keep him busy today. So much for hiscross word puzzle paperwork.
Anyway, Doctor on Duty. You know you want to bleed at him.
[ooc:Doctor is on duty but Wilson!mun is going to have to go into a meeting today for a couple of hours starting around 11:30am. So there will be the pauses today. Back and bored out of my skull at work.]

"Over here! Good afternoon, can I help you?"

"Of course. Have you been to the clinic before?"

"Okay, come on back and we'll run through the good ole tried and true questions then draw some blood."
Waiting for her to round the counter, he held out his hand in a friendly manner.
"I'm Dr. James Wilson, by the way."

Waving Chloe towards the table, he walked over to the counter opening the file and starting to fill it out.
"Okay, a few more questions. Are you on any medication? Are there any preexisting conditions that will show up on the results but should be marked as normal? What sort of substance were you exposed to? Gaseous, liquid? When you say it made you sick, what were your symptoms?"
Taking a breath, he turned towards her with a rueful smile.
"I think that's a good start."

Making the last note he pulled on gloves and picked up the tubes and other equipment for the draw.
"Okay, well... let's pull this and see what comes back. Were there any other symptoms, like... a strange taste in your mouth, or burning in your nose?"
no subject
"Actually, no, there weren't. I didn't even realize there was a gas at first, until I saw it. But it didn't taste bad, or burn."

"Close your fist." He requested softly and it was possible that the needle slipped in so quick and deftly that she might not have felt more than a quick prick.
Drawing out the full battery of vials, he withdrew the needle and set a bandage over the little point of blood.
"Hold that there, please."
And with a quick smile he set about marking on the vials.
"We should have results for you sometime next week. In the meantime if any of the symptoms you experienced on Wednesday return, please give us a call. Here, let me get you a card."
Digging around in a drawer he managed to locate a slightly wrinkled card which he flipped over and wrote out a second number.
"Here. This is the Clinic's number and my pager is on the back. Is there a good number where we can reach you?"
[ooc: And any idea what they might find in the blood, if anything? :) ]

She gave him her dorm number, and the number for her voicemail. "Is there anything else you need from me?"
[ooc: I'm honestly not sure. That's something to ask Jonathan. I'm pretty sure nothing will show up, but I can double check with him, unless you want to.]
