Even though he'd just met the young man and didn't have a great deal of experience with the school or the events that tended to unfold around it's students, Wilson had taken Jack's warning to heart.
He'd spoken to House about what Jack had asked for and on Thursday morning, the oncologist had quietly set aside the five beds, grouping them together in one area of the clinic. Also in that area he set up numerous carts with supplies and the crash cart, everything within easy reach of any medical staff who might be on duty whenever the shit hit the fan.
Putting together the little triage area also helped the oncologist get familiar with where everything was in the Clinic and somehow, he was beginning to suspect that knowledge was going to prove invaluble in the coming weeks.

Spying Dr. Wilson, Parker says, "Can we get a little help over here?"

"I'm going to go lie down, call if you need me, okay?"
Lisa falls into a far bed, where she was squatting just a few days ago, and falls asleep.

OOC For Observors
Multi-tasking, Clinic style!
If I accidentally step on any miscues, please let me know and I’ll be more than happy to change but I’m trying to keep things open and generic enough for people to use or not use as they go ahead. Thanks again…and Jack…you are in SOOOO much trouble! :D )
Yeah, okay soooo there really was no real way to prepare for what came spilling through the door. It had been some years since Wilson worked on the front lines of an ER situation, so to say but it was rather like riding a bike and the oncologist’s generally unflappable nature came to his aid as he dove into the mire of unconscious bodies, headaches and generally dazed individuals.
He had no idea what possibly could have caused this mess but rather then focus on what he didn’t know, he simply put his mind to treating the different symptoms.
Grissom, with the head injury –How damn big had that atlas been anyway???- was checked for pupil response and when the moaning and groaning became a little more lucid, Wilson asked a few of those annoy ‘do you know who you are’ type questions. A failure of the finger test –two not four- was offset by a general lucidity and so Wilson left Grissom under Alanna’s watchful eye as he moved on down the line.
Kawalsky was next and though the oncologist did a double take at the CAT request –he was looking for a WHAT?- he ran the test, which as far as he could tell came back clean, at least in the head and neck regions. Well…if you ignored the tattoo, which was what Wilson was doing for the time being.
Lee and Han were both given quick thorough reviews the work done on Han in the field definitely up to snuff and with instructions to try to get some rest over the next few days and…maybe stop muttering about red bras, they were cleared as well.
That left….okay who let DEATH into the clinic?!?! Wilson really needed to catch up with House and ask about his equal opportunity hiring practices.
And finally, after a few hours of bringing multi-tasking to a whole new level, Wilson found himself in front of Jack O’Neill.
Hands set on his hips the oncologist fixed the younger man with a dark eyed stare that usually made even House wriggle like a worm on a hook as he asked calmly.
“Okay, in return for my ignoring the familiar shape and form of those white pills in your hand, not to mention the ‘No comment’ that’s probably going to be coming out of my mouth over the next few days, are you going to tell me what the hell just happened?”
(ooc- Love the idea of Jack not leaving Wilson alone, even if it is to embarrass him silly, bring it!! And I adore the nickname! :D )
